Always excellent service even when super busy! Very accommodating when life’s circumstances get in the way. Always friendly, fast, and efficient. I choose to come here over the dealership anytime. They never pressure you and always give the best recommendations. Josh specifically is so polite, genuine, and overall the best! My dad’s taken his cars here for years, now me, and my husband. Do not hesitate to use This store on Palm Bay Road. On my last visit, they did a perfect alignment on my work truck. Shane at the counter was very courteous, professional and friendly. Mike, the area manager used to be the store manager at the store. I used to work under him at Tire Kingdom and he is one of the best store managers I ever worked for he runs a very tight ship. This is the only store I typically go to for my lifetime alignment and lifetime wheel balances, And tire changes I was a five out of 5/8 ase Certified mechanic. I was in the industry roughly 13 years Before I left and I definitely repair all my own vehicles myself to save money, but when I need something I go to this store and I know I can trust the people behind the wrench behind the counter and behind the business itself. I had a very concerning experience at Firestone on Palm Bay Road that I feel others should be aware of. I brought my recently purchased vehicle in because the front tires were visibly worn, cracked, and my car was actively alerting that the tires needed service. I was sent to this location through Carvana’s network expecting a proper inspection. After waiting about an hour, the representative I dealt with (Shane) came back and told me the tires were “fine” and that nothing was wrong with them. What’s even more concerning is that before even speaking with me, he had already contacted SilverRock (Carvana’s warranty provider) and reported that the tires were fine—resulting in my claim being denied. At that point, I had to physically walk outside with him, bend down at the car, and point out the visible sidewall cracks myself—cracks that he claimed he did not see during his inspection, despite them being clearly visible. For context, I had already had the vehicle looked at by both a BMW technician and an independent mechanic, both of whom confirmed the front tires needed to be replaced. On top of that, the tires are actively losing air pressure, which is a serious safety concern.

These guys are awesome! Without getting into great detail, I was in the middle of a long journey from up north and I could’ve had a catastrophic brake failure. I pulled off at a rest area on a Sunday afternoon In contacted the nearest store. Shane sent a tow truck out for me and offered to even stay late to make sure that the car got there. The next day I spoke to Chris, the manager who set my mind at ease and told me that the car would be checked from top to bottom, not just the brake issue. Alex was the technician and he was amazing in his quality of service and personally explaining everything to me. Everyone there was so helpful, friendly, and professional. They exceeded my expectations with completion time and.thoroughness of service. Chris mentioned multiple times that if anything at all concerned me in the next week or so before returning back home from my vacation to please contact the store And to not hesitate coming back. I can’t say enough about these guys. If you are in need of service on your vehicle, give these guys the opportunity.. The safety of my family was in their hands. Thanks so much team for a job well done!

Jim’s at Firestone did an amazing job on my car yesterday. His help and customer service were outstanding—trudy rare and much appreciated. I’ll become recommending Firestone because of him. James went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and with genuine care his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made the whole experience not only efficient but also very pleasant. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and in serving customers. Please make sure his effort are recognize as he absolutely deserve the highest praise. I’ll be sure to share my positive experience with others and give Firestone the best review because of the service James provided. This is truly a breath of fresh air in today’s service industry, where such attention and dedication are becoming rare .
